Our terms are as follows:    
                                                                                    Studio time is to be paid at the end of each session unless other arrangements have been made.
"Studio" reserves the right to make other financial arrangements with its clients". Cancellations will not carry an extra charge as long as they are Seventy-two hours before your studio time was to begin. Other than acts of God, death, war etc.

"No recorded tracks will be released without a zero balance"

Client(s) will pay all attorneys' fees associated with financial collection processes for service rendered by "Studio" or materials purchased. Clients assume all risk associated with storing on the premises of "Studio" any and all sound recordings or personal equipment of any kind and shall hold "Studio" harmless from any and all damage that might occur to articles for any reason. "Studio" makes no warranties either expressed or implied other than those contained herein. Should "Studio" be unable to conduct a booked session for any reason, then "Studio" warrants that it shall re-book such canceled booking at another time that is mutually available to "Studio" and the client. Rates, policies, and equipment may change without written or verbal notice. No recording tapes in "Studio" possession shall be released to clients until all open accounts have been settled and all checks tendered as payments have cleared "Studio" account.

"Recording cost," means all cost incurred with respect to the production of any master embodying artist's performance(s). "Recording cost," include, without limitations, union scaled, the cost of all instruments, musicians, vocalist, conductors arrangers, orchestrators, copyist, payments to any union or trustee related to the use of AF of M, Aftra or other union members. (American Federation of Musicians) 

"All studio cost," equals tape, editing, mixing, mastering to tape or other medium, engineering, cost of cutting references, travel per diems, production fee's and / or advances, rehearsal halls, cost of non studio facilities and equipment, dubbing, transportation of instruments or equipment, and other cost and expenses incurred in producing any master, which are customarily recognized as recording cost in the music industry.
